Basics Overview
Welcome to Ozark Ultimate’s series of ultimate basics. We’ll be bringing you articles all about playing the world’s greatest game, predominately aimed at the rookies among your number; but don’t be surprised if we start covering more advanced topics, and things you haven’t thought about, like biomechanics and nutrition.
This is going to be (hopefully) an extended dialog.
